[impartiality policy]
The North Caucasus Halal Certification Center guarantees compliance with the principles of objectivity, neutrality, and impartiality during certification procedures for products and services. The purpose of this policy is to ensure the trust of consumers and interested parties in certification results by excluding conflicts of interest and ensuring transparency in all aspects of our activities.
In carrying out its activities, the Center adheres to the following principles: neutrality and objectivity in assessing compliance of products and services with Halal standards; no discrimination against applicants and clients (regardless of their size, ownership form, and location); openness and transparency of certification procedures; refusal of any form of pressure or influence that could affect the objectivity and fairness of certification.
Our certification Center undertakes not to provide consulting services on preparing enterprises for certification if such services may jeopardize impartiality. Participation in relevant assessment procedures by employees with personal or financial interests in certification results is excluded. Possible threats to impartiality are regularly analyzed, and measures are promptly taken to eliminate them.
The company management bears direct responsibility for compliance with the principles of impartiality and undertakes to: ensure resources for identifying and eliminating any factors capable of affecting impartiality; ensure every employee understands the importance of impartiality and follows established rules; regularly review and update the impartiality policy with due regard to legislative changes and international standards requirements.
All employees involved in certification processes must not allow personal, commercial, or other interests to influence the results of their work and are obliged to promptly inform management of any circumstances that may lead to a conflict of interest.
To monitor compliance with the principles of impartiality, the Center operates a special internal control system: regular internal inspections; collection and analysis of feedback from clients and interested parties; analysis of all complaints and appeals related to violations of impartiality principles.
Violation of this policy is considered a serious violation of corporate standards and entails disciplinary and other liability under applicable law.
